The fields of interest of the IEEE Sensors Letters are the theory, design, fabrication, manufacturing and applications of devices for sensing and transducing physical, chemical and biological phenomena, with emphasis on the electronics and physics aspect of sensors and integrated sensors-actuators. IEEE Sensors Letters is a rapid disclosure publication focusing on the numerous sensor technologies spanned by the IEEE, and on emerging sensor technologies. Papers submitted to this journal will be limited to a maximum length of 4 pages which includes a minimum of single column restricted for references.

The IEEE Sensors Letters invites original reports on the all aspects of sensors science and technology. The all electronic submission and publication is designed for rapid publication of the latest results. IEEE Sensors Letters is a hybrid Open Access (OA) journal. For a fee, authors have the option making their articles freely available to all, including non-subscribers. OA articles are identified as Open Access.
