Self-declaration by the main Applicant: This proposal qualifies the following categories of SC NI, refer to "What we accept" section of our webpage
Be precise, give the final and phase-wise deliverables.
We appreciate measurable deliverables for our ROI calculation or cost-benefit analysis.
It must be aligned with the "Self-declaration by the main Applicant" section of this form.
Please provide an indicative breakdown of the key costs requested.
For example, TAB, EAB, YP, WIE, IEEE NIC, IEEE Foundation, etc. Presence of other sponsors increases the credibility of the proposal.
Duration of the project*
This is particularly required for accounting purpose. Please note that no fund will be released after 7 Dec of each year for that year's approved projects (refer to "Submission for New Initiatives Program Funding" section of our webpage).
If requesting funds for more than one year, please indicate how much funding is requested each year.
