  • Provide a brief statement, not exceeding 50 words, that reflects the major service accomplishments that the proposed candidate has made to further Gender Diversity in the field of the IEEE Sensors Council. This will be used if the nominee is selected as the awardee.
  • Prepare a statement not exceeding 750 words on why the candidate is being nominated for the award. The write up should include narrative describing the individual’s diversity efforts, focusing on both activities and their impact. Emphasis on broad impact is important. Cumulative achievements will be considered, but the greatest weight will be given to impact of contributions during the past five years.
  • Outline the nominee’s background as it applies to the service he/she has provided towards Gender Diversity in the field of the Council. Any positions held or projects performed demonstrating the commitment of the nominee to advancing Gender Diversity can be listed.

  • List the conference or other event activities that the nominee led or helped organize as related to the furthering of Gender Diversity in the field of the IEEE Sensors Council.
  • List the technical or educational programs that the nominee contributed to as related to the furthering of Gender Diversity in the field of the IEEE Sensors Council.
  • The nominator should collect and submit up to three letters of support with the nomination package.
